Match the departure before walking to a gate
Use Partenze to match the train number and time on your ticket. The displayed destination may be beyond your stop. Wait for the live Binario assignment and recheck it before entering the platform area. RFI’s official track guide links to live departures.
Allow time for remote track groups
RFI lists 32 passenger tracks. Tracks 1 East and 2 East are about 500 metres beyond track 1; tracks 25 to 29 are about 500 metres beyond track 24. Follow the complete track name and allow for the extra walk.

Choose the city exit before following the crowd
Entrances face Piazza dei Cinquecento, Via Marsala and Via Giolitti. Lower-concourse signs distinguish the Metro, street exits, buses, taxis and lifts. Check which side suits your onward journey.

The RFI entrance guide explains the three station sides. For bags after checkout, use our Rome storage guide.
Plan assistance before travel
If you need help reaching or boarding the train, arrange RFI Sala Blu and follow its meeting instructions. Keep luggage easy to move and your ticket accessible.
